Dr Nurein is an experienced Gynecomastia Surgeon specialising in Gynecomastia Surgery (also known as male breast reduction). He has been a practising Gynecomastia Surgeon for over a decade and has honed his skills to a high degree of expertise after performing over 4000 gynecomastia surgeries.
Dr Hassan Nurein started training in general surgery and worked in the UK NHS. Early on in his professional practice, he discovered his passion for aesthetic medicine.
Dr Nurein trained in Vaser Hi-Def and 4D Body Sculpting at the International Centre for Artistic Body Sculpting. His training in the NHS was with one of the best surgeons, Dr R Kennedy, who is a Senior Consultant Surgeon that also won the NHS Best Hospital Doctor award in 2004.
Dr Nurein knew he wanted to make a difference not only to people’s health but also to how they looked and felt about themselves; something that he feels is inextricably connected.
What followed was training in cosmetic surgery, of which Dr Nurein specialised in Gynecomastia Surgery. He committed to becoming the best male breast reduction surgeon and started training with the most reputable names in the industry. Dr Nurein is one of a handful of doctors in the UK to have been trained in body sculpting by the pioneer and founder himself – Dr Alfredo Hoyos (Colombia).
Today, Dr Nurein is known as the best gyno surgeon in the UK, with over 4000 gynecomastia surgeries performed and over 280 5* reviews on Trustpilot. He is dedicated to helping our patients treat gynecomastia and change their lives.
Dr. Hassan Nurein is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons, the World Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (WAOCS) and the British Association of Cosmetic Surgeons (BACS) and KSPRAS (Kenyan Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons).
Dr Nurein’s passion for cosmetic surgery sees him travel to various national and international workshops/conferences to constantly improve his skills and provide the latest treatments and highest levels of care to his patients.
He also presented on gynecomastia at the WAOCS annual meetings in Vienna, 2018 and London, Agora 2019 International Meeting in Milan, Italy and the 7th Conference of the Kenyan Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons in Kisumu, Kenya.
